Kyle Baumgartner has worked through every position in the restaurant industry. Part of his time in the culinary scene of New York City he was part of the management team opening a restaurant which earned a Michelin Star and a three star review from the New York Times food critic Pete Wells within the first year. He has also experienced first hand the growing success inside of one of a hand full of private country clubs in the United States which experienced growth rather than decline during the economic crisis of 2008. His personal culinary talent has traversed from casual dining to fine dining tasting menus.
Helen Põder has been working in every position that a classical restaurant has to offer. From dish washing to line chef to service to managing the service teams of some of the best restaurants in Estonia. This combined with their sommelier skills offers a wide range of service and beverage know how. Helen is also the only certified hospitality service specialised Disc behavioural coach in Estonia.
